Sema Wellbeing has experience supporting the mental health and wellbeing of Pacific workers participating in the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme, alongside broader work with communities, organisations and workplaces. Our approach combines evidence-based practice with a strong commitment to cultural safety and partnership with Pacific and culturally diverse communities.

Experience Grounded in Practice

Sema Wellbeing brings over a decade of experience in mental health and wellbeing across community and organisational settings. Our team includes qualified practitioners with backgrounds in social work and psychology, providing professional, ethical and evidence-based support. Our work includes supporting individuals and communities affected by harm, strengthening safety and respectful relationships, and building practical capability for prevention and early response. Many of our team members share cultural and lived connections with the communities we work with, strengthening our ability to deliver culturally safe, empathetic care.

Sema Wellbeing has long-standing connections with Pacific communities, built through sustained relationships, cultural knowledge and practice-based experience. Many of our team members share cultural and lived connections with the communities we work with, alongside professional experience supporting individuals, families and groups through complex wellbeing and safety challenges. This combination of cultural understanding and applied practice strengthens our ability to deliver culturally safe, respectful and effective mental health and wellbeing support across diverse settings, including work with Pacific and Timor-Leste communities.
